This CD is composed of Freaks Macintosh Website Archives, and The Origional Whacked Mac Archives (WMA). WMA was the first Macintosh Hacking website on the net. His cd was 20 megs worth of hacking files. Since then the hackintosh community has grown, creating over 500 megs worth of all macintosh hacking files. This CD is it.
This CD may not be reduplicated, or redistributed in any form. Freaks Macintosh Archives has full permission to include the Whacked Mac Archives (WMA). You the client/customer may not redistribute or sell this cd and must follow the WMA Legal advisory found in their directory.

If any provision of this agreement shall be found to be unenforceable, it shall be deemed severed from the remainder of this agreement.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any arbitration or litigation relating to this agreement shall take place in the State of Massachusetts. The parties further submit to waive any objections to personal jurisdiction of and venue in any of the following forums: U.S. District Court of Massachustes, or any other forum, for any litigation arising out of this agreement.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
This collection is provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the government is subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 48 CFR 252.227-7013, or in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the Commercial Computer Software Restricted Rights clause at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. \
